We will do our best to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your experience with us. We strive to make your mattress buying experience easy and convenient and believe that customer service should be handled in the same manner.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Mattresses purchased at showroom tagged prices together with a mattress protector are eligible for a 100-night money-back guarantee with no fees or pickup charges. If sold at a discounted price, refunds will still be available minus a $250 restocking fee. If you must cancel an order you have not yet received, a cancellation fee of 20% of the original purchase price applies.
Comfort Guarantee:
Purchasing a mattress protector will also help guarantee your comfort by allowing you to select a different mattress should you not be satisfied with your first one. If covered with one of our protectors, a mattress may be exchanged from the 30th day to the 365th day after your original delivery. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from our store, and protecting the mattress properly will allow us to honor this one-time exchange. A covered mattress can only be exchanged fro something of equal or greater value. Simply pay the difference between the original purchase and the price of the new mattress, along with a delivery charge if applicable.
